What's actually going on

This can look like:

- taking action out of desperation

From the outside it can look like:
“I just don’t know what I want”
But underneath it:
You’ve lost connection with yourself
This is where most advice gets it wrong
You’ve probably been told to:
- take action
- stay consistent
- just pick something and go for it
- be grateful for what you have

Those things either:

- push you deeper into burnout and frustration
